(Updated 1 November, 2018) These Terms and Conditions are a mutual agreement between you and Bitcoin Casino, ensuring a safe, secure, and fair entertainment experience for all its players. Note: Country restrictions apply to Vietnam and Sweden.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”) apply to the usage of games accessible through bitcoincasino.com (“the Website”). From here forward, and for the purpose of these Terms, Bitcoin Casino will be referred to as “Bitcoin Casino,” the “Company,” “us,” or “we.” The player will be referred to as the “Member,” “Player,” or “you.” These Terms apply to all related website, mobile, or other platforms and applications enabled by you. “Account” is your account with us. “Games” are those offered through the casino, applications, or Website.

1.6 We reserve the right to add and remove Games from the Website at our own discretion.
1.7 These Terms may be published in several languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. However, the English version is the legal basis of the relationship between you and us and, in the case of a discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 You hereby declare and warrant that:

2.1.4 all information that you provide to us during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, correct, and that you shall immediately notify us of any change of such information;
2.1.5 you are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable under relevant laws for winnings you receive from us;
2.1.6 funds deposited into your Account do not originate from any illegal activity or source;
2.1.7 you understand that by participating in the Games you take the risk of losing funds deposited into your Account;
2.1.8 you understand that bitcoins and alternative currencies are not considered real currency or tender, and as such on the “Website” are treated as virtual funds with no intrinsic value.
2.1.9 you must not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to your or a third party’s participation in any of the Games and must not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices in any of the Games. We hereby reserve the right to invalidate any betting, withhold bitcoins and alt-coins, and/or suspend or close any account involved in such improper activities; and the exercise of such rights is totally and solely within our discretion;
2.1.10 in relation to deposits and withdrawals of bitcoins or alt-coins into and from your Account, you shall only use bitcoins obtained lawfully and belonging to you.
2.1.11 you understand that the value of Bitcoin can change dramatically depending on the market value.
2.2 The computer software, the computer graphics, the Website, and the user interface that we make available to you is owned by us and/or our associates and is protected by copyright laws. You may only use the software for your own personal recreational use in accordance with all rules, terms, and conditions established by us in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
2.3 Games played on the Website should be played in the same manner as games played in any other setting.
2.4 Players are expected to be courteous and avoid rude or obscene comments when in contact with anyone on the Website, including email correspondence, while utilizing the chat, in the chance that you come in contact with other players in the Live Casino, and while corresponding or chatting with staff.

3.1 Registration and opening of your Account.
3.1.1 In order for you to place bets using any of the Website, you must first register personally with us and open an Account. Registration consists of your alias or username, your birthdate, and a valid email address.
3.1.2 Your email address is the only information we use to verify your Account. If you are unable to validate your account using the email address provided by you, your Account shall be closed. In the instance that there is a bitcoin and/or alt-coin balance on your account, you must visit the live chat to speak to a representative or email Starfleet Support for further instructions. In the instance there is a bitcoin and/or alt-coin balance on your account, no balances will be released to you until a KYC (Know Your Customer) form is satisfactorily completed.
3.1.3 You are allowed only one Account with us. If you attempt to open more than one Account, all related Accounts may be blocked or closed, bets may be voided, and bitcoins may be withheld.
3.1.4 You must enter all mandatory information requested into your registration form, including a valid email address. If you do not enter a valid email address, we will be unable to help you recover any information, including but not limited to, a forgotten password.
3.1.5 If you do not enter a valid email address, we will not be able to verify your account. You cannot change the email address associated with your account. If the email address is no longer valid, you must notify a representative so that your Account can be deactivated. Once your account is deactivated, you may open a new Account with a valid email address.
3.1.6 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete, and correct. If it is discovered that you have provided false or misleading information, your Account may be blocked or closed and funds withheld.
3.1.7 The use of proxy servers are forbidden, as they mask a player's IP address, enabling players to open multiple accounts and/or play from countries where games are prohibited, both of which are a violation of gambling laws. If it is discovered that you are using a proxy server to play on the website, your account will be disabled.
3.1.8 If it is discovered that you have opened more than one account, your account and all related accounts will be disabled.
3.1.9 We are not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your Account by any third party (or parties) due to disclosure of your login details, email address, and/or username and combination of verification methods by you, be it intentional or by accident, whether active or passive.
3.1.10 If it is suspected by us that an account is fraudulent for any of the reasons listed above, your account will be deactivated, funds withheld, and we may require you to complete an industry standard KYC form in order to verify the account.
3.1.11 We reserve the right to refuse or close an account at its sole discretion at any time for any reason.
3.1.12 We reserve the right to declare a wager void, partially or in full, if we, at our own discretion, deem it obvious that there was an error, mistake, misprint or technical error on the pay-table, odds, or software.
3.2 Deposits into your Account.
3.2.1 You may only participate in any Game if sufficient bitcoins or alt-coins are on your account. We are not obligated, under any circumstance, to award credit for participation in any Game.
3.2.2 When depositing bitcoins or alt-coins into your account, they must originate from your personal bitcoin/alt-coin wallet(s) or other bitcoin/alt-coin-related accounts.
3.2.3 In the instance that a deposit is unable to be verified by the Blockchain within a reasonable period, it will be considered fraud. The term, "a resonable period", will only be determined by Bitcoin Casino. No third party or outside entity will determine a "reasonable period." In addition, all play and winnings associated with that deposit will be considered by Bitcoin Casino to be null and void. Your account will be temporarily closed and funds withheld. All costs incurred by us, including provider and platform fee retrieval, affiliate commissions, and administrative costs associated with these transactions will be withheld or noted on your account. A KYC is required to reopen any suspended or deactivated account. In the instance your account is reopened, all debts determined by us must be satisfied before you may play Games or make a withdrawal in the future.
3.2.4 Because we do not require players to wait for a Blockchain confirmation before they are allowed to play, all funds with which you are playing while waiting on (minimum six) Blockchain confirmations are provided as a courtesy to you by us. This means that game provider and affiliate fees associated with an unconfirmed deposit are paid by us as a courtesy on your behalf. Therefore, all winnings and commissions associated with play are courtesy funds that belong to us. If it is determined that you have abused this courtesy, we will retrieve remaining courtesy funds, void all play and winnings associated with those funds, and temporarily close your account. All bets made with courtesy funds will be submitted to the game provider by us for refund. Game provider refunds can take up to two invoice periods to recover. All costs incurred by us, including provider and platform fee retrieval, affiliate commissions, and administrative costs will be charged to your account. In the instance your account is reopened, all debts must be satisfied before you may play games or make a withdrawal.
3.2.5 All transactions, deposits and cashout requests shall be checked to prevent money laundering. We may suspend, block or close a Member Account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
3.2.6 Enhanced due diligence is done in respect to deposited funds satisfying money-laundering laws, and the amount of any deposit must be wagered three times. Understand, different games count towards different wagering requirements. (See Table of Game Wagering Requirements below.)
3.2.7 When effecting deposits into your Account, we reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity.
3.3 Withdrawals from your Account.
3.3.1 Withdrawals will be made from your stated bitcoin/alt-coin wallet address. Before any bitcoins which have been deposited into your Account can be withdrawn, the blockchain from which you made the deposit must provide us with a minimum of six confirmations of your deposit. The value of your deposit must be wagered a minimum of three times before eligible for withdrawal.
3.3.2 If we mistakenly credit your Account with winnings, deposits, or commissions that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical error in the pay-tables, human error, blockchain error, or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your Account. If you have withdrawn bitcoins/alt-coins that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the errored amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. If you become aware of an incorrect credit, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.
3.3.3 In accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, all transactions shall be checked and all deposits must be used only for entertainment purposes. If you become aware of any suspicious activity relating to questionable transactions on the Website, you must report this to the Company immediately. We may suspend, block or close an Account and withhold bitcoins if requested to do so. Suspicious activity will be flagged and reported to the payment processor. Enhanced due diligence may be done in respect to withdrawals of bitcoins not used for wagering.
3.4 Account funds played.
You acknowledge that the bitcoins/alt-coins in your account are applied instantly when playing on the Website. We do not provide return of goods, refunds, or retrospective cancellation of your Account unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
3.5 Substantial Account winnings.
Casino daily limits for withdrawal are not to exceed an amount equivalent to 5,000 EUR. In the instance that you win the equivalent of 5,000 EUR or more, we reserve the right to implement industry security standard procedures to allow time to access bitcoins/alt-coins securely stored in our cold storage, that such cold storage requires a series of payouts to originate from multiple Blockchain addresses, and that this procedure requires time to access that storage. In the event that a payout must be divided, we will pay up to the equivalent of 5,000 EUR at a time, over a period of time, until the full amount is paid. This procedure has been designed with your complete security in mind.
You acknowledge the Company is not a financial institution. Therefore, you shall not earn interest on any outstanding bitcoin/alt-coin or winnings.
3.7 Promotions, Contests, Special Offers.
3.7.1 The Website reserves the right to cancel any promotion with immediate effect if we believe the promotion is being abused by a player or affiliate. In such case, we reserve the right to decline any withdrawal request and to deduct such amount from the abuser’s Account. We will, at our sole discretion, determine whether or not a promotion is deemed to be flawed or abused.
3.7.2 You acknowledge and understand that additional Terms and Conditions with respect to Promotions and Loyalty Program apply. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of such promotions and special offers, the provisions of these Terms will prevail.
3.7.3 Our Loyalty Program and Achievement Levels are outlined on our Player Rewards page and may be updated, changed, or disabled at any time for any reason deemed by us. 3.7.4 The Loyalty Points system is outlined on our Loyalty Program page and may be updated, changed, or disabled at any time and for any reason when deemed necessary by us.
3.7.5 Certain promotions may be subject to withdrawal and/or cancellation and may only be available for specific periods and on certain specific Terms. You must ensure that any promotion is still available, has not expired, that you are eligible, and understand all Terms that may apply.
3.7.6 All offers by us are intended for recreational players and we may, at our sole discretion, limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.
3.7.7 We reserve the right to amend, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any promotion at our own discretion.
3.8 Closing of Member Accounts
3.8.1 If you wish to close your Account, you may do so at any time by visiting the Live Chat or in writing to Starfleet Support. The closure of your Account will be confirmed by email. The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the Terms and Conditions. If the reason behind the closure of the Account is related to a possible gambling addiction or related concern, you must indicate this in writing by email when requesting the closure.
3.8.2 In the instance that your account is disabled or closed by us for any of the reasons noted above, Loyalty Points, bonuses, rewards, coupons, tournament entries, and promotional benefits may be forfeited. If an Account is deleted, we will notify you in writing. If there is a bitcoin/alt-coin balance on a closed, deleted, or disabled Account, we will provide you with instructions on how to claim your remaining bitcoin balance in writing using the email you provided at the time of registration. If you do not respond within five days of the written notification, we will post a public announcement with the Account name, remaining balance, and date of written notification. You will have an additional 30 days to respond to the public notification. If you do not respond to either the written or public announcement, we will assume that bitcoin/alt-coin remaining on your Account has been forfeited by you and your Account will be permanently closed. If, for the above reasons, any unclaimed bitcoin/alt-coin is remaining on your Account, the bitcoin will become the property of us.
3.9 Fraud. (Some items may be taken from above Terms and repeated here for clarity.)
3.9.1 You must not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to your or a third party’s participation in any of the Games and must not use any software-assisted methods, techniques, or hardware devices for and during transactions and/or in any of the Games.
3.9.2 If it is discovered that a deposit is the result of a double-spend, it will be considered an act of fraud. In the instance that a deposit you make to your player account does not clear the Blockchain within three hours, it will be considered fraud and our bitcoin/alt-coin payment processor will automatically flag those transactions. Flagged transactions will cause your player account to automatically be disabled. All play associated with that deposit will be null and void and your account will reset to the balance before the flagged deposit. Likewise, if a deposit is intentionally delayed by the player through the Blockchain, it will be considered fraud. Additional stipulations to double-spends, delayed transactions, and invalid play are outlined in Paragraph 3.2.4 of these Terms
3.9.3 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete, and correct. If it is discovered that you have provided false or misleading information, it is considered an act of fraud.
3.9.4 If it is discovered by us that you have opened more than one Account, it is considered an act of fraud.
3.9.5 We hereby reserve the right to invalidate any betting, withhold bitcoins and/or alt-coins, and/or suspend or close any account involved in fraud or improper activities. The exercise of such rights is totally and solely within our discretion. If it is determined that a player has attempted or committed fraud and/or it is determined that one or more violations to these Terms has taken place, the violating player's account will be suspended or deactivated. All play related to fraudulent activity will be null and void. All winnings associated with fraudulent activity will be null and void. All costs incurred by fraudulent related play, including provider and platform fees, affiliate commissions, and administrative costs is the responsibility of the violating player.
3.9.7. A Know Your Customer (KYC) form is required from any player, suspected or determined to have committed fraud, in order to reopen a suspended or deactivated account. In the instance your account is reopened, all outstanding platform or provider fees, affiliate commissions, administrative costs, and debts determined by us must be satisfied by you before playing Games or making a withdrawal in the future. Players that wish to recover bitcoins/alt-coins held in a closed, locked or disabled Account, are advised to contact Starfleet Support via the Live Chat.

6.1 In the rare occurrence you feel it necessary to file a complaint regarding our services; you may email your complaint to Starfleet Support.
6.2 We will use our best efforts to resolve a reported matter promptly.
6.3 While a resolution may not always seem satisfactory, rest assured it will be fair.
6.4 Understand, that in the event it is perceived that false, unfair and/or unjustified complaints by a member are filed against us for the purpose of defaming, counter-marketing, unfair practice, or any reason other than a necessary need to resolve a legitimate complaint, we reserve the right to terminate the responsible Player’s Account, withhold all bitcoins and/or alt-coins, bets and future wagers, and ban the Player from opening another Account in the future. We reserve the right to notify all websites, affiliates, and/or vendors associated with the Website and/or its partners of a member identified as abusive. We reserve the right to defend our reputation via gaming related forums, news and industry websites, digital and print publications, along with any other means we deem necessary.
7.1 We are not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of management.
7.2 The Company shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with website or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content, and/or any errors or omissions in content.
7.3 In the event of a Casino system malfunction, all wagers are void.

8.3 You understand and acknowledge that, if there is a malfunction in a Game or its interoperability, any bets made during such malfunctioning shall be void. Bitcoins and/or alt-coins obtained from a malfunctioning Game shall be considered void, as well as any subsequent game rounds with said bitcoins/alt-coins, regardless of what Games are played using such bitcoins.
8.4 You understand and acknowledge that game providers, and not this Company, its website, nor its platform provider define the betting requirements that validate jackpots and paylines. The game provider calculates all odds, payouts, bonuses, free spins, and awards, and such information is outlined by the provider in the description of each game. Games with a Jackpot designation may also collect a Jackpot contribution from wagers made during play. We contribute to a monthly jackpot fee, collected and held, by the game provider. The Company does not store nor award jackpot winnings. The responsibility of a Jackpot payout to a winning player is that of the game provider. Depending on the game provider and its rules, bonus spins may not count towards jackpots and only spins on max bets during an active paid round may qualify for jackpot payouts. We will do our best to mitigate complaints submitted by a player in regards to jackpot winnings and payouts. 8.5 You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold the Company and Website harmless, including our directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims and liabilities, howsoever caused, that may arise in relation to your use of the Website or participation in the Games.
8.6 To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability arising out of, or in connection with, your use of the Website, regardless of the cause of actions (whether in contract, tort, breach of warranty or otherwise), will not exceed 1BTC.
9.1 If you breach any portion of these Terms and Conditions, or if we have a reasonable ground to suspect a breach by you, we reserve the right to not open, to suspend, and/or close your Account, and/or withhold all winnings associated with fraudulent play.
10.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such a provision shall be severed from these Terms and all other provisions shall remain in force, unaffected by such severance.
11.1 We reserve the exclusive right to assign or otherwise lawfully transfer this agreement. You shall not assign or otherwise transfer this agreement.
12.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Website and, save in the case of fraud, supersede all prior, current, or ongoing communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and us with respect to the Website.
